Today is always a difficult day
That makes me feel sad
Because its just to late to say
The things I wish I had
You see I wish I’d told you
Far more often that I’d cared
And that I was so grateful for the happy times we shared
And time’s passed by since the day you left
But I’m still asking why
You couldn’t have stayed for longer
And we had to say goodbye
So, on the day you went away
All there is left for me to do
Is hope that heaven lets you know
How much im missing you.
